Initially, I received a generic reply, and the support representative continued to send standard responses without any option to speak to someone by phone. The problem remains unresolved—although one tree was sent (in poor condition), I feel helpless in seeking assistance from your company. Unfortunately, I will advise my friends and family against using your services.
