June 2025 will be three years since I placed an $500 order for my shop with Fast Doll and still haven’t received anything. Have talked to the owner multiple times and I keep receiving excuses. Then she assures me that the order will be done and shipped by the end of the week. Yet she’s said this multiple times as well. When nothing gets shipped out I call her out on it and once again the same excuse “I’m sorry for the delay. I’m just so overwhelmed and struggling” yet she’ll post on her Instagram all the new projects she just did or events she participated in. I get it she needs to make money but so do I. Last time I talked to her she said the order was ready but she needs to make sure everything I ordered is there. It’s been two weeks since that conversation. It shouldn’t take that long to check a package and make sure everything in that order is there and then ship it out. After I left my previous reviews of my honest experience she blew up my phone pleading that I remove the reviews because it’ll ruin her business. The only one ruining your business is yourself. I told her that I’ll leave a positive review on her products once I’ve received my order. Guess that will never happen.
