Ive never in my life had such poor service or an order turn into such an odyssey.After initially contacting Caroline about an item she had listed on etsy, she offered her website as an ordering option. DO NOT ORDER FROM HER SITE! You will be helpless.I ordered from her site. I was helpless.I never received a confirmation or any communication at all. I eventually started messaging her on etsy every month or two and invariably got the same promises and excuses. Over and over. To the point where I suspected I was chatting with a bot.I finally (surprisingly!) got my order after OVER A YEAR! And I only got it because I ordered something inexpensive through her etsy in order to leave a review.If you want a nice patch and a hobby for the next year, you have come to the right place.
