The most predatory pricing system, and flaky customer services I have ever experienced. How this company have 4.8 stars is beyond me, I can imagine they delete bad reviews
Had a domain and Microsoft 365 for a year. They lock you into a year contract with completely unclear pricing at the start. Reneweal comes round, obviously I want to cancel. Can't cancel online, you have to press a button and wait for a sales rep to call you. That was months ago, still no call.
I also sent them a message asking to cancel to which they didn't respond. My domain is now locked behind a paywall, because I haven't paid my renewal. My contract was a year, if I don't pay my renewal, why is it locking my entire account and domain (domain was separate to e-mail).
I don't normally moan and am pretty lenient when it comes to shady business practices but this is just too shady to not leave a review. I hope some potential customers see this review and save themselves years of hassle.
