However, cancelling the service was a bit tricky. When I first purchased the package over the phone, I was told it could be cancelled anytime, but the cancellation process wasn’t very clear from the control panel and required contacting support.
That said, once I reached out, the support team handled the cancellation professionally and confirmed there would be no further charges.
Overall a good experience with helpful support, but the cancellation process could be clearer.
