Would be great if they lived up to the “fast”. Really needed my labels for an order as I’d run out and a week after approving proofs I had to email to find they had a problem with the proofing tool and they weren’t even near being printed. Have used you for a couple of years but very disappointed. I run a small business where I order ingredients, make the stock, reply to emails, prepare invoices, pack orders and everything else in between. You had one job, make my labels….fail!
A few mistakes & therefore delays this time round & wasn't notified - which I was a little disappointed about as order was urgent - however, all rectified, deeply apologetic & even given a discount for next purchase. Mistakes happen but would still highly recommend Fast Labels for quality products & good customer service usually.
