I always judge a company on how they respond to problems and issues. I recently sent a first order to fast labels that came back with a small problem ( which was really my fault). I contacted fast label to see why and if anything could be done. They were superb - not only did they do a reprint, but also helped guide me through the issue and solution - they could not have been more helpful and supportive. I now just received the labels and they are perfect!Would I recommend them - definitely!Would I reuse - Absolutely!In the world of terrible AI, call centre queues and support, they are breath of fresh air.
I used Fast Labels for the first time a couple of weeks ago and I’m very impressed. I was a little nervous about ordering online but I didn’t need to worry at all. The labels are great - the colour is an exact match and the adhesion is perfect. Georgia was so helpful, took ownership and made sure the labels arrived in time for a big event.
