Review Time
Update - I have changed my review from 1 star to 4 stars as a result of the company working very hard to put things right. I eventually received the order I wanted to the quality I wanted - all redone for free and with an apology Really shocked at the decline in the service offered by this company. The lastest order received came loosely laid in a cardboard box which meant the labels came creased. They used to come in nice sturdy A4 sized cardboard foldersThe labels themselves are not centred (they were circular ones) even though they were when the proofs were approved The print and paper quality is also substantially worse than this time last year.I am not sure what has happened but it appear cost cutting rules again - to be fair to fast labels they offered to put this right for me - but as it is not my only poor experience with them this year I politely declined as will be moving to a new supplier for my product labels
