I purchased a new bike from this website for €1,600, and it arrived assembled. On my first ride, I noticed the front brake disc was making a terrible noise because it was bent, likely damaged during delivery. I opened a warranty claim, but after 10 days without a response, my case was rejected. The reasons they provided made no sense as the bike was new. This company has the worst customer service I've ever encountered, and after just a week of use, the pedal assist stopped working, making the bike difficult to use. I'm still waiting for their promised 5 business days to respond to queries, which feels excessive. I do not recommend buying from them.
