Really disappointed ordered on 24th of April with 12-20 days delivery time given the current situation I realised this would take longer my money was taken and I was told I would receive confirmation after a few days.. no confirmation numerous un answered emails and phone calls that get cut off half way through. When I said if I didn’t get a reply I would have to contact PayPal for a refund you replied the next day to say a refund will be processed within 14 days. If only you had contacted me sooner with either a date or a response 4 weeks wasted and now to wait 2 weeks for a refund before I can go to another store definitely wouldn’t recommend an apology wouldn’t have gone a miss either
