Today was the planned delivery day for my frame. I never received a 2 hour delivery window as promised. As a result I missed calls from the drivee, who also went to the wrong address for unknown reasons. Since then it's been crickets from Fatmoose and DHL. Such a great company for climbing frames, Fatmoose wins hands down against competitors in regard to style, choices, colours, maintenance (already treated wood) and addable accessories. Really excited to watch our set grow with our children!
It was good, good to have the compare option, would have liked to be able use my discount code because it was over £500 at £535 but the discount code only applied for the tower itself being over £500 but mine was £489, other than that, easy enough to navigate and use and view items.
