I am still waiting for a refund for a cancelled Fleeting Rumours event, and the way this has been handled is completely unacceptable.
I have sent multiple emails which have either been ignored or not properly responded to. There has been no meaningful communication, no resolution, and no accountability.
There is also no phone number to contact them, leaving customers with no direct way to resolve urgent issues — which only makes the situation worse.
I have now had to involve my bank to try and recover my money — something no customer should ever have to do for a straightforward refund on a cancelled event.
This has gone far beyond a simple delay. The complete lack of response and failure to resolve this feels like deliberate avoidance. At this point, it feels like customers are being ignored in the hope they’ll give up chasing their own money.
Extremely poor customer service. I will not be using Fatsoma again and would strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing tickets through them. And don't reply saying contact customer service as all useless 😡
