I organised an event since the 14th Feb 2026 and today is the 2nd of March, however, I have been trying to request my tickets sales fund ever since with no success, I have staffs to pay and everything on hold, I can't even contact anyone in Fatsoma apart ai agent which is a joke! So disappointed with the service!!
Not the easiest way to book tickets for a local show. I should have realised but was surprised to see a booking fee of 10% of the ticket cost applied at checkout. To be honest I didn't see it until after I'd paid - I need to pay more attention!
