I ordered a hamper 3rd Jan for a friend with a terminal illness so 10 day delivery (from UK?)?was acceptable. However my account details show this parcel is still 'IN PREPARATION' and my Whatsapp plea for information has been met with silence. 2nd Jan order was delivered (9th Jan ) so whatever the delay is, I cannot cancel and reorder as no communication from company. Great shame as the products and presentation are superb so they must look at Customer Service questions.
