I have purchased quite a few items from this amazing company; everything from the gorgeous food to drinks to wine to beauty products. The Customer Service, packaging, marketing is also top class — I love, love, love, Fattoria La Vialla ❤️❤️❤️Even hoping to visit in person to stay in one of their amazing farmhouses ❤️
I ordered a hamper 3rd Jan for a friend with a terminal illness so 10 day delivery (from UK?)?was acceptable. However my account details show this parcel is still 'IN PREPARATION' and my Whatsapp plea for information has been met with silence. 2nd Jan order was delivered (9th Jan ) so whatever the delay is, I cannot cancel and reorder as no communication from company. Great shame as the products and presentation are superb so they must look at Customer Service questions.
I have been ordering from them for nearly 10years or more ,their produce is amazing and they are lovely to deal with. I found them when I was in Tuscany many years ago singing at an Irish wedding and I had a day or two to spare ,found them by chance!
La Bella fattoria We have been buying from them for about 10 years. They had a pullout advert in Autosport of all things and we tried them out. At that time the delivery came from Italy. But over the years they seem to have opened a warehouse over here.We mainly buy their pasta and sauces and we love them. I would say I am a good judge of food and their stuff is wonderful as well as being bang up to date as far as the climate crisis is concerned.
