I have been a loyal customer of the service, always tipping well. However, my recent experience was terrible. I ordered breakfast tacos for my granddaughter and me, and the estimated delivery time was 35-45 minutes. After waiting for over two hours with no response from the runner, she finally arrived but claimed my order was canceled. When I insisted on my food, she used offensive language in front of my granddaughter. It was chaotic, and the service's response was to refund my meal and offer a $6.00 credit. I will not be using this service again.
