I ordered a few items for $40, sticking to my budget. The runner informed me they were out of one item and substituted it with three boxes instead of one. When I refused the extras upon delivery, she wouldn't take them back. The support team took too long to respond and refused my return, wanting me to pay an extra $85 after already charging me $40.
