I don’t know what changed with the company since my smooth experience a year ago. This year, I pre-ordered in October and faced numerous issues. First, there was a delay, which they communicated, but after two months, I expected my order before Christmas. They admitted to the delay and later sent an email in mid-December, stating it might take an additional 10 days. I ended up canceling my order. I received my refund quickly, which is why I gave two stars.
