Never ordering from here again due to poor service.

I will not be ordering from here again. The customer service is terrible; they provide misleading information. Initially, they didn’t indicate on their website that my order was a pre-sale. Then, they claimed it would ship at the end of the month, only to later say it would ship on January 30. I only found this out because I reached out via email. Otherwise, I would have received no updates. This is unacceptable.

AWFUL!

AWFUL! They lie, scam, and block you if you try to complain or request a refund. The customer service is terrible, and the business is poorly managed. Take your money elsewhere.

Over two months waiting for my order

I don’t know what changed with the company since my smooth experience a year ago. This year, I pre-ordered in October and faced numerous issues. First, there was a delay, which they communicated, but after two months, I expected my order before Christmas. They admitted to the delay and later sent an email in mid-December, stating it might take an additional 10 days. I ended up canceling my order. I received my refund quickly, which is why I gave two stars.

I won't order from here again

Fast shipping, but misled about product

I can't complain about the shipping time; my item arrived in two days. However, I'm disappointed with other aspects of my experience. I was told the T-shirt was made of a cotton-rich material, but it turned out to be mostly viscose. Additionally, the packaging was plain, unlike what was shown on social media. I expected more from a brand focused on aesthetics.

Pleasantly surprised!

I was hesitant to order due to limited reviews, but I liked the products and took a chance. I ordered five items; most shipped quickly, except a couple that took longer. Overall, I'm pleased with the quality. The jumper is soft and comfortable, and the locket is well-made. However, the phone case's design is fuzzy. Despite some high prices, I appreciate the brand's commitment to sustainability. European customers seem to have better experiences, but I had no customs issues and received most items promptly.

While they focus on building their brand image, that enthusiasm seems to vanish when it comes to customer fulfillment. The social media presence is polished, yet I had to invest significant time and effort to get my product delivered. It was stuck at customs, and my inquiries went unanswered. I ended up facing additional fees unexpectedly. The products do not justify the hassle or cost, especially for international orders. I would not recommend this brand.

Defective item received

I received the 'female manipulator baby tee' as a gift, but it had a hole at the bottom and a stain. By the time I got it, it was too late to return. The quality of the top is good and the print is nice, but receiving it in such a condition is disappointing.
