I placed an order that didn't ship for almost three weeks, only after I reached out. They claimed the package was lost and offered a refund. I asked for a replacement due to gifts, but they cited stock issues. After expressing my frustration, they suddenly said my tracking was moving and denied the refund. I still haven't received my order or a refund. The business takes no responsibility and provides slow responses. I strongly do NOT recommend them!
