Terrible brand. The quality is shocking, and customer service is awful. The bag arrived with poor material, and the zipper doesn’t fit. When I inquired about returns, they claimed to have sent a returns portal but hadn’t. Their replies took almost a week, repeating the same information. Save your money and time.
