I attempted five times to send my two-page fax. I was prompted to create an account, but a pop-up indicated I already had one, with no sign-in option available. After relogging multiple times, I finally found the sign-in page. Once I was in, everything worked smoothly. I love this program and plan to use it for my occasional fax needs. A monthly fee doesn't make sense for me; is there a pay-per-fax option?
