Review Time
I used this company to fax a document because I didn't want a subscription with another company. Paid the $.99, I made sure there was no subscription. Fax went through. A few days later, I look at my bank statement and I see a fee for $19.99 or whatever from this company Faxly. I look at the website and the account, it says no subscription is active and nothing showing they took that fee from me. I looked for a cancel option or phone number to contract them. (Nothing listed) just an email so I email them and was told they will cancel my subscription but no refund. How can you cancel something i never agreed to. Why is there is companies (of its legit) out there doing this? I sent proof that there was no active subscription and they still told me that they will not be refunding me. But I know what to do about that. Don't do business with this so call company that does not provide a phone number. This is A ZERO star review..
I was trying to send a fax , online. Had issues as i didnt notice that the document i was trying to send was password protected. Reached out to customer care and in no time was assisted to send it with steps. Made my experience very comfortable .. Thank you Faxly for saving my day.
This wasn’t some big dramatic experience. I needed to fax something for a freelance contract, didn’t want to print and scan anything, so I tried this. It did what it promised. No random glitches, no weird redirects. Straightforward.
I don’t usually leave reviews but I was surprised it didn’t give me any trouble. Sent two pages for a housing application and got the delivery notice pretty quickly. Slightly stressful situation overall but at least the fax part wasn’t.
Like many users have mentioned, I paid $0.99 for one time payment to fax some pages. However, after two days, I discovered in my bank transaction that they charged me $19.95 for 4-week subscription. I have never seen this subscription information on their website when I fax the first time. This unintentional subscription is a total SCAM. PLZ BE AWARE!!!
I made a one time fax and was charged for it with no obligation or idea they would sign me up for $19.95 a month, no email, no detail or terms and conditions and They fraudulently charged my card for a subscription service I DID NOT AGREE TO SIGNUP FOR OR WAS EVER NOTIFIED ABOUT.
Terrible experience and they are trying to steal my money from my bank account. This predatory practice is illegal. STAY AWAY!
Ok small rant why do government offices insist on fax like it’s sacred technology. anyway I used this and it did go through. I was skeptical the whole time but it worked first try so fine, I’ll take it.
my boss was like "can you fax this before 3?" and i just blinked at him bc im 20 and have never even SEEN a fax machine irl 😂 so i googled and found this. lowkey expected something sketchy. but it was actually simple. i sent the contract and kept refreshing my inbox like every 5 seconds?? confirmation came through tho so crisis averted!!!
I also did not consent to a subscription.
I have been automatically charged TWICE.
I used the site to only send 1 fax. But have now been charged TWICE.
I have sent an email to support@faxlyapp,.com
I expect a full refund of the automatic charges immediately
