These people shouldn’t even have a one star. This is a scam. Be aware you think that you are being charged $.99 for one fax, and after 48 hours they charge $19.95. Addition to that they charged me three days later an additional $19.95, no working phone number. I am now disputing with my credit card company as well as I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau who also has this company on a scam list.
