Misleading communication. Promote "free" faxing, and then ask for a 99 cent charge. But the worst is that they then charge your credit card $19.95 two days later, and claim you were on a free 48-hour trial.Having exchanged a couple of emails with them it is clear that they know they are being misleading and they don't care. Terrible and sad. STAY AWAY.
