They do not follow their advertised returns policy. I returned a dress and paid £11 for shipping, but had to email them twice for confirmation of receipt with no response. Eventually, I received a late email offering me back £23 for a dress I paid £37 for. More emails later and still no reply. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering; I strongly advise against this seller.
