I wouldn't advise shopping here to avoid others experiencing the same issues I did.I bought two dresses, but they arrived with a mouldy smell and one looked different from the website. Upon returning them by post, the team insisted on receiving the dresses before refunding me. Despite notifying them of the situation, they claimed the dresses never arrived and refused to issue a refund. Despite multiple attempts to follow up, including waiting for the manager's return from holiday, I've received no resolution. Disappointed by the poor service despite the promising online presentation of their boutique.
