My Fay Nutrition consultant deserves FIVE STARS!!! She has so many healthcare degrees, is knowledgeable, caring, professional & has helped me so much over the past 6 months! The Billing dept is NOT helpful! I was continuously billed for services that my insurance covered 100%. EACH session, I had to contest the bill. I finally contacted the better business bureau bc NO ONE from billing would take care of the billing issue. Fay Nutrition BILLING NEVER reached out to me even after I repeatedly asked to speak to someone in billing. They also asked for a donation when I signed up for services. To be fair, the billing dept refunded my donation and it APPEARS as if they finally rectified the "over billing." after my last session. But only bc I filed a complaint with the better business bureau! Apparently I am not the only person who has filed a complaint with Fay Nutrition BILLING We'll see if this issue is completely resolved....Do not let this review prevent you from signing up for Fay Nutrition services as I believe that my nutritionist/ consultant is well WORTH the billing hassle. Just be prepared for a fight in case you are overcharged! Thank you better business bureau and thank you Connie, my sweet nutritionist!!!
