My experience with the bank has been utterly disappointing! I made a payment on 04-03-2025 that was immediately deducted, but as of 19-03-2025, I still haven't received the funds back. I've contacted customer service multiple times, but all I get is that 'the investigation is ongoing.' Such a long delay reflects sheer incompetence! Neither customer support is helpful nor are the bank's systems reliable. I've incurred significant losses, and this entire experience has been far more frustrating than I could have imagined. I strongly recommend staying away from this bank if you care about your hard-earned money!
