I initiated a return six days ago, following the guidelines provided, but have yet to receive a return label despite their terms stating it would be emailed within two days. I've followed up with two additional emails and checked my junk folder multiple times. Still no response, which reflects terrible customer service! I wish I had read these negative reviews before purchasing the coat that doesn't fit. I'm very concerned this site is a scam and that I won't receive a full refund.
