Terrible experience with customer service. I requested a return three days ago and have sent three emails regarding the return label. I have yet to receive any response. I've checked my spam folder multiple times. If I don't get a reply in the next 24 hours, I will reach out to my credit card company to dispute the charge.
Very poor customer service! I bought two items through the platform: a coat and pants. The pants shrank during washing, and the coat is too large with a broken buckle. They refused to exchange these items because I didn't keep the tags. I usually do, but I loved these items and didn't save them. Now I'm left to resolve this issue, and spending almost $900 feels wasted!

The company canceled my order without notifying me and has not issued a refund. Their customer service is frustrating, with inconsistent and poorly written responses that provide no clarity on whether I will receive a refund for an order they canceled without informing me.
I'm giving a 5-star review. I was initially concerned when I found out the item shipped from China; that's my only complaint as I prefer knowing the source of my orders. However, the skirt is beautiful, well-tailored, and nicely packaged. The medium size is slightly snug, so keep that in mind when choosing the red tartan kilted skirt. Our dressmaker will adjust it a bit. It truly is a stunning piece, and I'm relieved I won't need to return it.
If I could give NO STARS, I WOULD! I placed an order for nearly $3,000 worth of items at the end of October and have STILL not received half of them. I've been stuck in a frustrating loop with their shipping partners. The lack of communication is absurd. I was instructed to call with my tracking number, but their system didn't recognize it. After multiple calls, I finally got through, only to be told my name on the order was incorrect, and they refused to assist. The items that did arrive were significantly late and of much lower quality than expected. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. The styles may look appealing, but the experience has been infuriating.
I ordered a coat for a significant amount but did not receive a confirmation email, leaving me without proof of purchase. Given the negative reviews, I worry about the return process or if the item even arrives. I strongly advise against purchasing from this platform. I will update if my parcel arrives.
Would give zero stars if possible. My experience mirrors many others. The quality was akin to budget brands, yet the prices were exorbitant. I attempted to return items but had to arrange my own courier to send them back to China at my expense. Returning items to China is a hassle, requiring a copy of the receiver's ID. I ended up deciding to cross the border myself to simplify the return. I've returned three unworn items, but only received a refund for two. No explanation for the third item, which was the most expensive. I've emailed them but received no replies. Essentially, they got a brand-new jacket without refunding me. This feels like a scam.
Very disappointing experience with the company. I purchased a handbag after seeing numerous influencer reviews. The first letdown was that it arrived from China, despite claims of Italian craftsmanship. The bag had an unusual smell, uncommon for genuine leather, and showed several marks. I chose not to report these as I thought they were normal for calf leather. The strap was too short to wear comfortably. I returned the bag but was informed it didn’t pass quality checks due to the marks. Now, the company is unresponsive to my emails. In the end, they sent me a defective bag, refused to refund the amount paid, and kept the bag. I’m extremely disappointed and will never purchase again.
