I do not recommend purchasing here! Yesterday, I attempted to pay for my goods three times without success. The payment interface is frustrating. The company needs to change their transaction provider. My card was refused. Today, I tried to pay again via another method. The payment went through, but the order was not processed. I reached out to the company and promptly received a response that my order had already been sent, along with a tracking link that was useless because there was no tracking number. It was only 15 minutes after my transaction. The payment was refunded. So, I am not at a loss. However, I question whether the support team truly understands their processes. Was the response simply to reply without resolving the issue? I successfully ordered what I wanted from another store. My cards are fine; I just wonder about the professional knowledge of the team.
