Disgusting behaviour.
Ordered a new Airoh 3.0 in size Large and once the order was placed I noticed in the configuration it said size small so I messaged straight away and was told I was receiving a size Large so felt at ease... 2 weeks later my package arrived and guess what... A size small was sent to me.... When I first enquired about the issue I had a response straight away but now there is actually an issue I have heard nothing from them.. tried multiple times with no response at all.. disgusting behaviour with my hard earned money..
I had a trip planned and was I need of the helmet..
So unhappy with my decision to use this company.. at this stage I have a small helmet that is useless to me..
I recently observed that the pinlock on my helmet, purchased this summer, was fogging on the right side when I wore it. I reached out to the support team, and they promptly sent a replacement pinlock along with two complimentary buffs. A special thanks to a helpful representative for their assistance.

I cannot recommend purchasing here anymore. A few years back, I ordered a tracksuit, and it went well. In April 2025, I ordered a helmet that arrived without the included antifog accessory. After several weeks of emails, the accessory was finally sent. Due to an injury, I couldn't ride for months, and when I finally tried the helmet, I found the left padding was loose. To my surprise, the connection holding the padding to the helmet was broken. I sent pictures, and the only response from the store was that I had to return the helmet (from Australia to Germany), which is quite costly, and I would have to pay for it myself. I provided proof pictures showing the new helmet in the box and the broken part. The reply indicated that there was no guarantee that the warranty would cover it or that anything could be done. I'm extremely disappointed.

I do not recommend purchasing here! Yesterday, I attempted to pay for my goods three times without success. The payment interface is frustrating. The company needs to change their transaction provider. My card was refused. Today, I tried to pay again via another method. The payment went through, but the order was not processed. I reached out to the company and promptly received a response that my order had already been sent, along with a tracking link that was useless because there was no tracking number. It was only 15 minutes after my transaction. The payment was refunded. So, I am not at a loss. However, I question whether the support team truly understands their processes. Was the response simply to reply without resolving the issue? I successfully ordered what I wanted from another store. My cards are fine; I just wonder about the professional knowledge of the team.
