This was my first building project so it was important to get it right. The quote was competitive and I appreciated that it was far more detailed than any other quote I received, with a full breakdown of costs that others lacked.Once the project started we were introduced to AJ the project manager who has been nothing short of superb throughout. He's always available if we have any questions. Nothing is too much trouble, and communication is clear so we always know exactly what's happening at every stage.Any issues encountered (there are always some on every build, in our case caused by work done by the previous owner) have been dealt with smoothly without any hassles. And even when we changed the layout part way through, FCE were happy to adapt.Overall, I'm delighted with the experience and very happy with the results. It couldn't have gone any better. I would highly recommend Tony and AJ, they won't let you down.
