I've been busy enjoying my fabulous new space that First Choice build for me that it's taken me over a year to write this review! Sorry to AJ for that 😄!This was my first full house renovation project (still very much ongoing) and like most homeowners, I was apprehensive about the whole process, but from the moment I met the team at First Choice, I felt like I was in extremely capable hands.The initial consultation was friendly, approachable, and with a dash of humor that immediately put me at ease. I had very little idea what I wanted to achieve really with the project but their expertise turned my dreams into reality.The work and communication was meticulous, and they worked closely with me every step of the way. What amazed me most was their attention to detail, the little things, such as spending the time ensuring the bricks of the build closely matched the rest of the house, or the plastering around the bi-folds - it might seem like table stakes stuff but there's so many houses on my street with extensions built in a totally different brick colour that it felt like just that little bit of extra care and attention.The team also accommodated (A lot!) of last minute requests with no complaints, such as ripping out and putting a new balustrade in, ripping out and rebuilding my front porch, basically all the internal joinery and much more. The craftsmanship is top-notch, and I've received countless compliments from friends and family. First Choice turned what could have been a stressful ordeal into an enjoyable journey. Their professionalism, expertise, and good-natured banter made this partnership unforgettable.
