Having moved to our new bungalow, we needed some alterations and improvements carrying out.Having had a few quotations and interviews, only First Choice seemed to "get" our requirements. Basically, to take on the project and manage from start to finish. We were quite anxious, having no knowledge of the processes. First Choice take on from planning to completion, removing the need for us to make decisions that we are not experienced in doing so. Also, First Choice were able to start works immediately, rather than in 4 months, or more, time.Although the project, initially, was for a conservatory replacement and internal redecoration, additional work was needed when issues were identified by First Choice. This was no "hard sell", and they had advised that issues may arise as work was carried out. Options for the additional work were offered, from leave it as it was, partial, or complete the needs in full. Quotations for all options were offered at all times. Having opted for full repairs, all works were carried out in tandem with the original project.Funds were needed in stages, not an upfront payment, either on delivery of materials or completion of a stage.All the workforce are highly professional and dedicated to their tasks. Tony, the MD, deals with any queries in a timely manner. AJ, the site manager/customer liason, kept in regular contact, depite being extreemely busy, juggling many different projects.We are now back in our transformed property, and are looking to making it a home.We would certainly recommend this company for people wishing to have work done on their property. They are not cheap, but cut no corners, with all works carried out to a high standard.
