First Choice Extensions were responsible for the design and construction of a rear kitchen extension in our Victorian mid-terrace.We were particularly impressed by the design pack which not only provided us with a clear vision and architectural plans, but also handled all of the complications and admin required when going through the planning permission process.We decided to remain in our property throughout the building process and First Choice Extensions made this as comfortable as possible by ensuring the property was secure, but also helping figure out how we could continue to live and how soon we might return to normality.The workforce was very friendly – everyone who worked on the build was clearly highly specialised in their trade and completed the work to an excellent standard.When we were presented with challenges we were really impressed with the level of customer service and how easy it was to contact First Choice Extensions who always had a can-do attitude to resolve issues as promptly and effectively as possible.First Choice also went above and beyond when we needed to reach agreements with our neighbours and handled almost all of the communication in order to avoid conflicts surrounding boundary issues and alike.The build itself was completed within the projected timeline and the project ran against the staged phases almost like clockwork. This was particularly important for us as we had to arrange our Kitchen Fitter and Floorer - but First Choice Extensions stayed true to their word and delivered everything on time and without having to take any shortcuts.Overall we would highly recommend First Choice Extensions. We’re delighted with the finished product and the hard work and expertise of the team has truly transformed our home.
