Am doing Account assistant training with Future connect,my experience is great ,I left school 20 years ago I thought It will be had for me to comprehended, but revise was the case, I have a wonderful and good instructor by name Momin ,he was very gentle and calm in teaching me so am proud to say, am happy with the program, which I can boldly recommend people to F.c training because the have good instructor. That is my lesson for given my 5 star thanks Lucy
I completed the Bookkeeping and VAT Payroll,Accounts Assistant program with Future Connect to gain practical UK accounting experience. The training covered software like Sage50, QuickBooks, Xero, and payroll systems, which was excellent for building real-world skills. The tutors were knowledgeable and explained complex VAT rules and payroll calculations clearly and simply. I also valued the recruitment support for helping me polish my CV and prepare for interviews. Communication regarding the post-training job placement timeline was slower than initially promised. Overall, the program successfully bridges the gap between theory and employment. Just be prepared to be proactive in following up on the recruitment side. It’s a solid choice for getting your foot in the door.
I recently completed a training course with this company and had a very positive experience. From the initial inquiry to the final session, the team was professional, organized, and responsive.The course materials were well-structured and comprehensive, providing useful resources that I can continue to reference. I also appreciated how the training was tailored to our specific needs.
Future connect training experience gave me confidence and motivation to work in my career. They provide great training through their best trainers who help you with every small detail. After completing my course I’m very fluent with advanced accounting software like Sage, Xero, Quickbooks etc,
It was amazing working with the trainers, they took their time to explain each aspect and when I made mistakes they guided me thru each issue so I learned alot. I hope to be coming back in the future for more courses with Future Connect
I contacted Future Connect Training Harrow within the 14-day cooling-off period to withdraw, cancel my Klarna agreement, and receive a refund of my £50 deposit. Despite multiple attempts, my request was ignored. Instead, I was pressured by one of their member of staff (Saba) to stay with discounted offers and additional courses I did not want. This has been a very disappointing experience. And, up to this day, 3rd of February 2026, I am still awaiting confirmation on my cancellation.
