I contacted Future Connect Training Harrow within the 14-day cooling-off period to withdraw, cancel my Klarna agreement, and receive a refund of my £50 deposit. Despite multiple attempts, my request was ignored. Instead, I was pressured by one of their member of staff (Saba) to stay with discounted offers and additional courses I did not want. This has been a very disappointing experience. And, up to this day, 3rd of February 2026, I am still awaiting confirmation on my cancellation.
