My second month I did not receive my patch or coin. I received a message that shipments were delayed, but didn’t hear anything more about my order. My third shipment arrived and the patch and coin were as expected. I wish I had the opportunity to receive the missed order.*** Update: I got a one sentence reply when I reached out to CS as suggested by their reply. “Sorry, February has been completed.” No sorry, no nothing! Their CS either is too inexperienced, they don’t care or they are too busy. I’m not sure, but I’m cancelling my membership! As a 15 year career firefighter, I don’t think this company truly represents the industry. Sorry FFCC.Update #3: Stephanie with FDCC wrote me a very lengthy apology for the CS issue. I was offered a free month and I reinstated my membership. I wish the original CS rep could have handled this, but at least it’s handled. FYI, for anyone signing up for this service after about the 12th of the month, as I was told, the new membership gets credit for the following month. That is where the confusion started. Even though I signed up for a VIP membership, extra patch and coin, it didn’t officially start until the next month. Confusing and I hope they change this in the future.
