However, once the product started arriving, I switched to email and received prompt replies from a representative and the owner. They clarified the situation and accepted responsibility for their part. There was an unrelated issue with USPS affecting my area, but it didn’t involve them. The quality of the products is impressive, and the descriptions are well done. Despite the rocky start with this being a Christmas gift for my child, the team turned things around, and I’m thrilled to support this small business. Although it’s not the cheapest option, it’s definitely worth the investment if you appreciate these kinds of items.

Despite the initial hiccup related to a Christmas gift for my child, the service has turned things around, making me grateful to support this small business. Although it’s not the cheapest option, it’s worth the investment if this is your interest.
The coins and patches are decent, but the shipping timelines are inconsistent, often delayed by a week or more. Additionally, customer service is lacking, providing only automated replies. I was promised the October and November collections if I purchased the VIP package before midnight, but I haven’t been able to reach anyone for assistance.
The coins are exceptional in quality—very detailed and artistic, although sometimes overly intricate. The patches are of average quality and appear slightly smaller than expected. I didn’t buy them for the patches, otherwise, I would have canceled my order. There’s a problem with receiving ‘last chance’ emails, even as a long-term customer. Due to this, I missed a couple of months without knowing my account status. I started in September 2024, received 12 coins, but my subscription ended because I received double coins for two months. I appreciate the card included in the package showcasing the fire stations and their history. Improving email communication and patch quality would earn a five-star rating.
