I have found the patches and coins to be top quality, I look forward to receiving them each month. I would like to see an informational card sharing information about the department the patches represent, such as the location of the station a brief history and number of personnel and apparatus. I feel this would make the patches more personal. If someone were to ask me about the origins of a patch now I wouldn’t be very helpful. An informational card would change that!Thanks Lt. Hayes
