There are various levels of happy that go into dealing with Fear Not, and they have gone above and beyond is all cases. My most recent order was for some reason delayed in Spokane (This was NOT a delay caused by Fear Not, and I do NOT hold them responsible) and was over 24 hours late. As I had got a few higher end species, and one female, I was super stressed about the delay. I e mailed as soon as I realized there was an issue, and Genesis was on the case instantly. Fear not filed a case well before I could, even though they were extreme confident the babies would get here. And they were correct. They. We're delivered, and aside from being a lil cramped and cold, all my specimens were healthy and active. Fear Not once again proves why I'll only purchase my more expensive species from them only.
