There are various levels of happy that go into dealing with Fear Not, and they have gone above and beyond is all cases. My most recent order was for some reason delayed in Spokane (This was NOT a delay caused by Fear Not, and I do NOT hold them responsible) and was over 24 hours late. As I had got a few higher end species, and one female, I was super stressed about the delay. I e mailed as soon as I realized there was an issue, and Genesis was on the case instantly. Fear not filed a case well before I could, even though they were extreme confident the babies would get here. And they were correct. They. We're delivered, and aside from being a lil cramped and cold, all my specimens were healthy and active. Fear Not once again proves why I'll only purchase my more expensive species from them only. They can not be beaten when it comes to customer service. Over 40 spiders bought from them, no DOA, and no issues with having questions answered. Want beautiful, healthy babies? Buy from Fear Not.

Fear Not Tarantulas ships all their spiders well packed. I have over 10 different spiders from Fear Not Tarantulas and are all doing very well. This was my first time buying spiders online and with the weather being chilly I was nervous. Fear Not Tarantulas was wonderful. I had to email with a question and they got back to me quickly and were friendly and professional. Everything was packaged carefully and the heat pack was still toasty when they arrived. plus, I got a free tarantula with my purchase? How cool is that? I was debating between two and managed to get them both and then my third choice was free! I got four Ts and a velvet and they're all settling in nicely and I'm excited to see the GBB sling is already webbing a section of his enclosure.Also, addressing a review below, they are crystal clear with their policies. They send an email that you read and reply to confirming the shipping date. in that email it states that rerouting voids the (already generous) guarantee. If you're worried about not being home to sign, you can have it sent to a FedEx facility for pickup. You can even give a name before shipping if you can't go (and after for a small fee if life happens). Or have it shipped to a trusted friend/relative that's home during the day.
