This was my first time buying spiders online and with the weather being chilly I was nervous. Fear Not Tarantulas was wonderful. I had to email with a question and they got back to me quickly and were friendly and professional. Everything was packaged carefully and the heat pack was still toasty when they arrived. plus, I got a free tarantula with my purchase? How cool is that? I was debating between two and managed to get them both and then my third choice was free! I got four Ts and a velvet and they're all settling in nicely and I'm excited to see the GBB sling is already webbing a section of his enclosure.Also, addressing a review below, they are crystal clear with their policies. They send an email that you read and reply to confirming the shipping date. in that email it states that rerouting voids the (already generous) guarantee. If you're worried about not being home to sign, you can have it sent to a FedEx facility for pickup. You can even give a name before shipping if you can't go (and after for a small fee if life happens). Or have it shipped to a trusted friend/relative that's home during the day.
