They’ve helped me every time I’ve had a question, they’ve always went above and beyond helping with adding last minute changes when it’s been absolutely necessary, and they pack their spiders really well and with love. If they make a mistake or something happens they always take responsibility and go out of their way to fix it. They also have a wonderful selection of spiderlings and great sales, along with great deals throughout the year. I love their package deals.
