The status remains “waiting for information,” indicating the package was never given to a courier. Despite multiple emails to customer service, there has been no response. For a brand of this stature, this service is incredibly disappointing. There has been: • no shipment confirmation • no tracking details • no customer support response. At this point, I’m left with no choice but to pursue a chargeback through my payment provider.
