Despite several attempts to reach out to customer service via email, I have yet to receive any response. Given the brand's reputation, this level of service is very disappointing. There has been: • no shipment confirmation • no tracking details • no response from customer support. At this point, my only option is to seek a chargeback through my payment provider. I strongly recommend others to reconsider ordering directly from this website, as the lack of communication and failure to ship is unacceptable for a brand of this caliber.

I would rate this zero stars if possible. The sweatshirt I ordered arrived on 12/7, intended as a Christmas gift. It runs large and the material is disappointing. I found out I cannot return it. No extra return days for Christmas? I've emailed four times with no reply. There's no contact number available. I strongly suggest avoiding this company.
I spent a significant amount on a Christmas gift for my daughter, only to learn that I can't exchange or return it since it was two days past the 15-day limit. It's absurd not to have a Christmas return policy. I strongly advise against purchasing from this company!
