Disappointing order experience

I placed an order on December 19 through the official website of a well-known brand. Unfortunately, over four weeks later, my order has still not arrived. The order status shows “waiting for information,” suggesting that it was never handed over to a courier. Despite several attempts to reach out to customer service via email, I have yet to receive any response. Given the brand's reputation, this level of service is very disappointing. There has been: • no shipment confirmation • no tracking details • no response from customer support. At this point, my only option is to seek a chargeback through my payment provider. I strongly recommend others to reconsider ordering directly from this website, as the lack of communication and failure to ship is unacceptable for a brand of this caliber.

Extremely dissatisfied with my purchase

I would rate this zero stars if possible. The sweatshirt I ordered arrived on 12/7, intended as a Christmas gift. It runs large and the material is disappointing. I found out I cannot return it. No extra return days for Christmas? I've emailed four times with no reply. There's no contact number available. I strongly suggest avoiding this company.

Disappointing quality after one wash

After just one wash, the logo started peeling on the tracksuit I paid a premium for. Very disappointing for such a high price.

No Christmas return policy

I spent a significant amount on a Christmas gift for my daughter, only to learn that I can't exchange or return it since it was two days past the 15-day limit. It's absurd not to have a Christmas return policy. I strongly advise against purchasing from this company!

Order canceled with no explanation

I ordered a sweatshirt as a Christmas gift in November, and it never shipped. After reaching out multiple times, I finally received a cancellation notice citing a fraud alert, which makes no sense since the order was already processed. This was an expensive gift I was excited to give. I'm extremely disappointed and will not order from this company again.

No updates after payment

I placed an order three weeks ago, and it still hasn't shipped. Customer service isn't responding to my emails. It's nearly impossible to either receive the items I've paid for or get a refund, as there's no way to reach out to them.

Received wrong item, no response

I ordered two items on 12/4. One arrived on 12/19, but I received another item I didn't order, leaving me without the actual item. I reached out on 12/19, 12/23, and again on 1/2, but I still haven't heard back. Their lack of response and absence of a phone number for support is unacceptable for a brand charging these prices. I've filed a dispute with my credit card company for the missing item.

Very poor fulfillment and support

I spent around $500 on shoes in late November, expecting them to ship within 10 days. My purchase was completed on NOVEMBER 29TH, and now it's DECEMBER 18TH. I won't receive them by Christmas as promised. I opened a support ticket but have received zero replies in two weeks. This is harming the brand. I've been a loyal customer for years, but this experience is souring my view. I'm disputing my payment because I can't get in touch with anyone or get a refund.

Caution advised for buyers

I purchased a hoodie for my son at full price, but it arrived and doesn't fit—it's too wide and too short. I initiated a return on the same day it arrived and was told it can't be returned. It's ridiculous to not allow returns on an expensive item! Buyer beware of this brand!
