I ordered two items on 12/4. One arrived on 12/19, but I received another item I didn't order, leaving me without the actual item. I reached out on 12/19, 12/23, and again on 1/2, but I still haven't heard back. Their lack of response and absence of a phone number for support is unacceptable for a brand charging these prices. I've filed a dispute with my credit card company for the missing item.
