I spent around $500 on shoes in late November, expecting them to ship within 10 days. My purchase was completed on NOVEMBER 29TH, and now it's DECEMBER 18TH. I won't receive them by Christmas as promised. I opened a support ticket but have received zero replies in two weeks. This is harming the brand. I've been a loyal customer for years, but this experience is souring my view. I'm disputing my payment because I can't get in touch with anyone or get a refund.
